Force is a monthly newsmagazine on national security. Though the main focus of the magazine would be defence and security, we have expanded the definition to include such subjects as weapons system, disarmament, international relations, politics, communalism and internal violence, which we will view from the prism of national security. FORCE will be a niche magazine, but nearly 30 per cent of the contents would focus on the softer side of these issues, such as the life in the armed forces and so on. The inaugural issue of the magazine would hit the stands on August 15, when a simultaneous Internet edition would also be launched. FORCE will be a 68 page magazine printed on glazed newsprint.

We are looking for enthusiastic young journalists, either as trainees or sub-cum-reporters. You need not have any background to the subject but you should have a sound grasp of English language and a flair for feature writing. You should also be prepared to travel for stories, sometimes on a short notice.

If you are interested please call me at the earliest on the following numbers, send me a mail or write/copy your resume in the box given below.
