You (the user) can access www.forceindia.net ("the site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of forceindia, ) as set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term and you understand and agree that are bound by such terms till the time you access this site.

Changes
We reserve the right to add to or change/modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend / cancel, or discontinue any or all channels, or service at any time without notice , make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice.. Such changes will be posted to http://www.forceindia.net. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

Charges
This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site.

Forceindia.net reserves its right to terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use.

Indian Law
The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
